• Build trust across organizations.
• Use evidence to back up our claims. Expect others to use evidence (experiments!)
• Don’t be afraid to take multiple shots on goal.
• Build a culture of experimentation. Good experiments are a cheat code, and they’re not folklore:
  • understand your problem space
  • form a testable hypothesis
  • run the experiment
  • time-bound
  • learn specific, valuable, new information
  • as small as possible
  • worthwhile
  • then scale the learnings
